The wide open spaces of this condo overlooking the Plaza were enhanced in the following ways: by opening up the wall between the kitchen and dining area, installing a linear fireplace in a wall addition that holds a recessed TV and custom audio system, installing a custom wood mantle, and remodeling the kitchen. The ebony cabinets are as strong a contrast to the white solid surface countertops, as the custom concrete bar top and fireplace hearth are to the beautiful wood floors. A custom stainless steel breakfast table adds the finishing touches to create a beautiful yet functional kitchen space, while the tear drop lighting adds a touch of class to the dining area.
